The rooftop terrace was a lovely space to relax.
I had several issues . The breakfast options were limited and felt quite basic. The wireless internet connection was unreliable. One morning, housekeeping failed to clean my room, disappointing after a long day exploring the city.

Magnificent setting, outstandingly accommodating and excellent staff.
Fine base for discovering Mexico City. Location right by the restaurants and bars and amazing coffee places. Again, walking distance to a story design museum. A wide array of food at the breakfast, including coffee and fruit:)))

Absolutely fine decor can't mask the non-stop noise from the lobby and the absolute lack of attention to cleaning. It's beyond me how a luxurious hotel doesn't offer room upgrades for inconveniences. The breakfast was so basic, it almost was like a slap in the face. I almost gave this place a better review, but just couldn't.

Amicable staff that liked their guests. Location: the hotel was really close to all nice restaurants, cool bars and amazing coffee places, and bars, cafes and shops. Had brunch in the El Palenquito, located nearby.

Couples looking for a cozy experience
The terrace is a little jungle oasis. We started each day with breakfast there and it was perfect. We met the staff every morning, they were very friendly, and one morning they even surprised us with warm pancakes!
It wasn't cheap,, but the experience was still acceptable.

Charming boutique vibe!
Loved the gorgeous decor and chill rooftop bar! The staff was super friendly and helped us with dinner spots nearby. Our room was spacious and really comfortable. Just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety, but the fresh pastries were a nice treat! A really cozy experience that felt special.

The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, trendy bars, and good coffee shops. The rooftop terrace is a fantastic spot to unwind with a book and a cup of coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering security and assistance 24/7.
The breakfast, while tasty, was limited and could use more variety.
